Cable Sock Collection

Cable socks are a type of protective covering used to encase and protect cables. These socks are typically made of flexible and durable materials such as nylon or polyester, and they have a woven design that allows for easy installation and removal. Cable socks are commonly used in industries such as telecommunications, construction, and entertainment to safeguard and organize cables, preventing damage and providing a more tidy and efficient cable management solution.

Cable Pulling Socks (also known as Towing Socks, Cable Grips, Pulling Stocking or Chinese Fingers) are used to pull or support cable or pipes. They operate on the principle that the harder the pull, the tighter the socks grip around the cable. They can be used either above or below ground, with their most common use being for the installation of cables. Socks consist of a wire mesh tube with an eye at one end. They are hand woven using high tensile galvanised steel wire.  We offer either single, double (twin) or tripe socks to suit various cable diameters.
