This Order Processing and Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of our products from www.cabledrumjacks.co.uk

• Processing Time:
  • Orders placed online Monday through Friday before 3pm will be processed on the same business working day.
  • Orders placed online Monday through Friday after 3pm will be processed on the next business working day.
  • Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday and public holidays will be processed the next working business day.
  • All order are placed inline with our Terms of Service
• Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
  • ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED FOR.
  • As per company policy we partner with tracked carrier freight companies to ensure the safety and timely delivery of your orders.
  • Two attempts to deliver will be made, after that a additional delivery charge(s) will apply.
  • Next Working Day Express Shipping: Delivery within 1 business days*.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2 to 3  business days*.
  • Free Shipping: Delivery up to 5 business days*
  • * Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Local Customer Pick Up (Collection)
  • Collection offered from Bury, Manchester, BL9 6EY
  • Collections are normally ready within four hours of order.
  • You will be notified by email once your goods are ready for collection. If you arrive at the collection before before being notified you may have to wait whilst your ordered is prepared. 
• Shipping Rates:
  • Shipping rates and any discounts will be calculated /applied at check out based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the package.
• Order Tracking:
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • Some of our trusted 3rd party supply partners do not provide this information but we make every effort to ensure you are notified where possible.
• Shipping Restrictions:
  • We currently do not ship to destinations within the EU via this website. Please email your request to sales@cabledrumjacks.co.uk 

  • Due to carrier-imposed surcharges, extra charges will apply for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. In such cases, a team member will contact you to confirm and collect the additional delivery fees.

    For clarity we class the following Postcodes as Scottish Highlands and Islands for shipping purposes:

  • Some large products will require a fork lift vehicle in order to accept delivery. Where a forklift is not available, extra charges may apply. In this instance someone from our Web team will contact you to confirm and take additional payment of additional delivery fees.
• Lost or Damaged Packages:
  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
