Thanks for shopping at CableDrumJacks. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
- You have 30 calendar days to invoke a return process for an item to be returned from the date you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- All returned goods must be at our warehouse at a maximum of 31 calendar days from the date you received the goods.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- A RETURNS NUMBER MUST be obtained before goods can be returned, please send email to returns@orplexltd.co.uk with short description of reasons for return. On receipt of email, we will issue returns number and form by return email, please place completed returns form with goods.
- Failure to send returns form with returns number marked on with the goods you are returning could result in goods being refused at our warehouse. It will also delay any return process.
- If the product is used or if the original box the product was supplied in is damaged - then a minimum charge of 15% of the original order value less shipping charge and VAT will be deducted from credit or refund.
- If returned products are found to be damaged beyond repair and / or unsuitable for resale we will reserve the right to refuse them, not issue a refund and the customer will need to arrange collection of goods from our warehouse.
- Any cut lengths of chain or wire rope, as we are unable to re-sell these we are unable to accept these for return. We can accept drums of wire rope back as long as they are still on the drum we supply them on.
- If you have received Goods in connection with the Contract which you have cancelled, after obtaining the Returns Number you must send back the Goods or hand them over to us at UNIT 16 PORTLAND IND EST, PORTLAND STREET, BL9 6EY without delay. You agree that you will have to bear the cost of returning the Goods.
REFUNDS
- Once we receive your item along with the return form, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item by email to the email address given to us at the time of return.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's / original payment method policies.
SHIPPING
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping goods to you will be deducted from your refund.
