A cable pulling winch is a device used to effortlessly pull or adjust cables. It is commonly used in construction, telecommunications, and utility industries to assist in tasks such as installing cables or lines, or pulling them through conduits or trenches. The winch typically consists of a motor, a gearbox, and a spool that holds the cable. The motor powers the winch to reel in or let out the cable, making it easier and safer for workers to handle large or heavy cables.

The combination of two capstan drums provides dual speed and pulling power for efficient handling of different weights and lengths of cable.
